We recommend hiring our services at least 12 to 18 months in advance if you're looking for complete planning. However, if you’ve already made progress in your planning, we can join at any stage to provide support and ensure everything runs smoothly.

3. What are the benefits of hiring a wedding coordinator?
Hiring a professional coordinator allows you to:

Do you offer Day-of Coordination?

  • Total Coordination: We handle the entire process, from conceptualization to execution. This is ideal for couples who want full support.

  • Day-of Coordination: Focuses on the logistics and supervision of the event. We join in the final phase to make sure every detail goes as planned.

We do not offer Day-of Coordination because to guarantee a flawless event, we need to get involved early, understanding every detail and aligning all vendors. Our priority is for you to enjoy your wedding worry-free, and this is only possible with structured planning and prior coordination to ensure everything flows seamlessly.

Of course! We work closely with you to understand your vision and transform your ideas into a visual and thematic proposal that reflects your essence and personality as a couple.
